Juniors 6.00pm - 7.15pm

Regular courses, gradings and competitions

The classes consist of warm up exercises, stretching, pad drills, technical movements and terminology. Initially you will need to wear tracksuit bottoms and a loose fitting top, or similar clothing.

Training Fees

The first lesson is an introduction to Tae Kwon-Do and is FREE of charge.
